The apartment is situated at the first floor of a completely renovated apartment building. It takes one staircase to reach the entrance. The apartment features a living room with an open plan kitchen. From the living room you can enter the roof terrace. The two bedrooms are small and cosy, both with a queen size bed. There is a bathroom and separate toilet.

The living room has a comfortable sleeping sofa, a flatscreen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a big dining table for six persons.

The Oude Noorden is a lively, multicultural neighbourhood in Rotterdam, which dates from the nineteenth century. The apartment building has been redeveloped and is brought back to its original state with nice ornaments and other beautiful elements. The area is known for its typically Rotterdam atmosphere and is a popular place to live for the locals. In the area are many little cafes, restaurants, bars and specialty shops. The grocery store, pharmacy, parking garage and tram stop are all just right at your doorstep. The apartment location is within easy reach by car, close to the main roads. Public parking is still fairly cheap.
