By registration at Maasland Beheer you gain access to the selection of rooms of the largest independent agency for rented accommodation in Maastricht. So forget about waiting lists, evening viewings and other problems involved in searching for a room and register yourself. We will put a lot of work in helping you to find a nice room quickly.

Registration is done personally at our office. This can be done every workday from 13.30 till 17.30. Registration can be combined with the viewing of rooms. Call us first to ask if it is possible to show you some rooms on the same day that you register. Registration fee is € 25,00. For this amount your registration is valid for the whole of your study period. You can see as many rooms as you like!

When you have found a room through us you owe us an agency fee. This is an amount of one month's rent with 19% V.A.T.

Don't forget to bring a passport or drivers licence when you register. Registration at Maasland Beheer means that you register at a rapidly growing agency for rented accommodation with a personal touch and an efficient service. We will put a lot of work into offering you a suitable accommodation.

Registration is done personally at our office so that we can get a good picture of your wishes for an accommodation. Registration is possible every workday from 13.30 till 17.30. It is often possible to see an accommodation directly so it would be well-advised to contact us first so that the registration can perhaps be combined with the viewing of an accommodation.

There are no waiting lists so that the chances for a successful search are very realistic!

The registration fee is € 35,00 and for this amount you have the unrestricted possibility of viewing accommodations. We will accompany you at every visit so that we can give you all the necessary information as you may need. Conditions for registration are a fixed monthly income and the possession of a valid means of identification.

You can keep yourself informed of our current offer by our up to date website or by a phone call. This offer changes nearly daily and concerns a wide selection of apartments and studio flats in all price ranges, both furnished and unfurnished.
