Direct home rentals?
We rent out private houses available IMMEDIATE or available on very short-term.
The properties are always semi-furnished. This means that the property is ready for immediate moving in and living. You will find:

• all walls are decorated with paint, wallpaper or any other material
• all floors are decorated with carpet, laminate, parquet floor, tiled floor or any other permanent floor covering
• all windows are covered with curtains, blinds (venetian or verticals) or any other window covering
• every room is provided with at least one working light
• the kitchen is complete with all basic equipment to cook and storage: kitchen unit, cooking device, fridge, hood, all other equipment is optional
• the bath room has all it's basic like: washbasin, shower, mirror and working light
• the garden is basic maintained

Part of our properties are fully furnished. This means that these houses are as complete as a holiday house: complete with all furnishing, beds, television set, complete kitchenware.

A complete house to live in direct!
Basic rules:
• We need to have a complete filled in registration form (FREE) and a copy of your identity paper(s), and payslip or working contract.
• Minimum wages has to be 2,5 keer times net rent is net wages, to be proved with a copy of payslip or working contract. All other options are negotiable.

On renting a property and setting up a rentalcontract the basic obligations to pay are: our brokers fee, which is one month rent excluding btw/vat, first month rent of the property, a minimum of one months deposit (depending on the provided financial details of the tenant it maybe two or three months).
A first rental contract will always be for a maximum of 12 months, with a minimum period of (usually) 3 months.
The tenants has a one month term of notice after the minimum period of the contract. On special request of the tenant of the landlord conditions may be different. All arrangements will be put in a rental contract and the content of this document will always prevail.

Rules:
Renting ou you property, being a private person or a company, you can contact InterLink Vastgoed by telephone or using the required form on our website.
As soon as we have set out the options in a first conversation we will make an appointment in the rental location to view the property, make internal and external picures and provide you with all requested information to get the house ready for a tenant.
All arrangements discussed will be setup in a contract, which we call: "Opdracht tot Dienstverlening bij Verhuur". As soon as this contract is returned with you signature, we will start to promote you house on out website and we will start to advertise in a great variety of websites, searchengines and newspapers.
When we have found the right rental kandidate meeting all requirements, we will setup a rental contract and make all arrangements to get the tenants into the house.
During the rental period we will manage the house and take good care of all logistics in between the tenant and everthing that has to do with the property and the rental contract.
