How does it work?
First register for free. After registration the first step is to plan a housing tour with you, based on your personal preferences and budget. In a short period of time you will be able to view the properties that fit your requirements. Based on this tour you are able to make a thorough decision. During this tour Haarlem Real Estate provides you with as much information about the region as possible, so you will choose the right new home for you. Please note: Finding properties outside our own listings is also our specialism so we can be your exclusive representative!

Our service
The next step as soon as you have found your new home is that Haarlem Real Estate negotiates on your behalf with the landlord and tries to get you the best rental conditions. A rental agreement will be drawn up in Dutch, which is required by Dutch law. You will always be provided with a copy of the English translation. An inspection report of the property will be made during the check in.

Haarlem Real Estate can take all your worries away while assisting you with:
- setting up phone line,
- internet access
- connection of public utilities.
- end a lease and assist you in having your deposit refunded.

We understand how difficult it is to settle down in a different country with a foreign language and a different culture. Our team will take a lot of the pain out of the process!

Commission 
In The Netherlands it is a standard procedure that a proof of regular income is required by the landlord. You have to provide a recent payslip, a working agreement or a letter from your company. Also a photo copy of the passport is required.

The first payment will include:

-The first months rent
-The deposit (refundable), in general 1 months rent for a non furnished property or 2 months for a fully furnished property.
-The agency fee (1 months rent with a maximum of € 800,- or 1 months rent excl. 19% VAT if the property was not listed with us)
