The sunny balcony, accessible via the living room, is located on the southwest and gives beautiful views of the garden. The balcony gives plenty of room for sunbathing with a table, chairs and plants. Also the easy-to-use gas barbecue is included.

The Parelstraat is located on the middle island of the Eastern Islands: Wittenburg. The Eastern Islands are a quiet part of the Centrum district.

The many hotspots of the Eastern Docklands are nearby, such as the IJ Brewery, De Zwijger Warehouse, Muziekgebouw aan het IJ, Club Panama, Hanneke\'s Boom and the Czaar Peterstraat with its special and trendy shops and versatile restaurants. The neighborhood is conveniently located for the old town. The Tropenmuseum, the Scheepvaartmuseum and Artis zoo are all within walking and cycling distance.

For daily shopping you can go to the Albert Heijn (in the same building!), the Dappermarkt or in the various shopping streets in the neighborhood.

The address is easily accessible by both car and public transport. By car you are within a few minutes on the Ring A10. By tram you are quickly in the city center and the Central Station and Amsterdam Muiderpoort station are within 5 minutes cycling distance.
