The Apartments

The 2-bedroom apartments are located on several floors and have a surface area from 76 sqm to 138 sqm. All apartments have a luxurious bathroom with full facilities a freestanding bath* and a wonderfully spacious Italian walk-in shower; a modern sleekly designed kitchen features high-end built-in appliances and stone worktops.

The surface areas of the 3-bedroom apartments range from 130 m² to 195 m². These apartments have 2 bathrooms, one of which feature an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom.

In addition to this information, we would like to receive from you:

• copy of valid ID (preferably passport);
• copy of 3 recent, consecutive payslips;
• copy of bank statement on which deposit of salary/pension/benefits is indicated (three most recent payments)
• recent employer statement;
• a statement from your current mortgage bank or landlord.

If self-employed:
• copy of valid ID (preferably passport);
• copy of balance statement from the past years;
• an recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce;

If pensioned:
• copy of valid ID (preferably passport);
• please submit annual statements;

If you want to rent the apartment with a partner, we would like to receive the above documents from you both. ?
Preferences addresses. In addition to the registration form, you can enter multiple preferred addresses. We will do our utmost to take this into account. To increase your chances, we advise you to make use of this and mention this when you sent your registration form to us, with all the necessary documents.

Rental conditions:
Please notice the income requirement before registering with us. If you wish to qualify for an apartment, you must meet the income requirements.

Income requirement for single earner:
• You have to earn (gross) at least 3.5x the monthly rent.

Income requirement for two-income households:
• Together you have to earn (gross) at least 3.5x the monthly rent. The second income can be fully included.

If pensioned:
• You have to earn (gross) at least 3.5x the monthly rent. The second income can be fully included.

If self-employed:
• If you are self-employed, the operating result of your company is taken into account.

A deposit may apply if you do not meet the above income requirements, if you have a temporary employment contract or if you are self employed. In all cases, you can take into account a deposit of 3x the monthly rent.

Own capital:
If you only have own capital, then 10% of you own capital (minus any payment obligations) must be calculated as gross annual income. You can divide this by 12 months and this should then be equal to 3.5x the basic monthly rent.

If you want to use your own capital in addition to your income to meet the income requirement, you can add 10% of your own capital to the gross annual income in this case and divide this by 12 months.

In both cases, you must show your own capital by a copy of a bank statement. When including your own capital, a deposit of at least 3x the basic monthly rent applies.
