Living room of almost 30m² with a large window overlooking your own private terrace of approx. 10m². The living room has a modern floor, plastered walls, beautiful lamps and a pantry. From the living room access to the separate toilet and the bedroom. The bedroom of approx. 12.4m² has an en-suite bathroom which is equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin with furniture and a fresh, sleek look.

You pay a monthly advance for heat, energy, water, internet/TV and all other service costs. The rental price including service charges and advance payment is €1,320.21
