In 1994 Olga Fonteijn founded Executive Home Rentals (EHR) on. Her mission: mediation in temporary accommodation rental for the business market.

Since 1994 EHR Arnhem grew to become one of the biggest players in the market for temporary housing, this was the reason to deploy the proven EHR formula in 2010 on the rest of the Netherlands. Meanwhile EHR become a franchise organization in temporary rental agency with offices in several regions throughout the Netherlands, with the aim to serve the business community in the Netherlands in their need for temporary accommodation.

In all its regions EHR works with independent business owners who provide quality customer service are paramount. Along with these entrepreneurs are working daily to develop the EHR formula, this way they can help customers again outstanding every time; whether to hire or rent a home.
