Layout
The communal entrance connects to a corridor where the elevator is found. The apartment itself is situated on the fourth floor. When entering the apartment there is a coatrack to the right and the space flows into the open lounge and kitchen area. The kitchen has a complete range of built-in appliances such as a fridge, separate freezer, proper oven, induction cooker and a dishwasher. The basics like a kettle, cutlery and pots plus pans are also present.

The apartment is located on a corner of the building and therefore the lounge gets a maximum of daylight and feels really bright. There is an adjoining balcony which dual access, both from the lounge and smaller bedroom.

Walking through the hallway, there is a storage unit directly to the left where a washing machine is set up and where household goods can be stored as well. On the oppossite side is the smaller bedroom which now contains a large closet and a home office setup. Adjacent to this bedroom is the master bedroom where another wardrobe closet is found with more storage space above the double bed.

At the back of the hallway is the bathroom. It comes with a walk-in shower, towel radiator and wash basin with drawers underneath and shelves in the mirror cabinet above for storing toiletries and towels. Just next to the bathroom is a separate toilet.

Specifics
The apartment is available for an indefinite lease duration (model A) with a minimum of 12 months. The security deposit equals two months' rent. Flat sharing and keeping pets is not allowed. The apartment has been measured according to NEN2580 sizing guidelines. A designated parking spot in the underground garage can be rented for an additional monthly charge. Separate from the apartment, there is no storage unit available.

Area information
The neighborhood has a mainly residential character but has lots on offer as well. It is a so-called 'urban sport zone' which is best described as a public sports facility providing the opportunity for a range of sports such as football pitches, basketball courts, running tracks, padel courts and more. Directly around the corner there is a supermarket as well as some restaurants and convenience shops. When needing public transport, tram no. 26 has a stop nearby and connects to the Central Station in about 15 minutes as well as bus no. 37 to the nearby Muiderpoort Station. With a car, the A10 ring highway is reached in minutes to get to other parts of the city and beyond.
