Digital Services Act (DSA)
Pararius is a Dutch platform focused on the rental market, bringing together supply and demand. Pararius attaches great importance to ensuring the quality, integrity and reliability of the platform for all users. To achieve this, we have established and implemented internal guidelines and policies. This report provides an overview of statistics regarding measures taken in the areas of orders from authorities, notices & takedown requests, content moderation, complaints handling and suspensions, as required by the Digital Services Act.

Under the Digital Services Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), also known as the Digital Services Act (“DSA”), Pararius is required to publish the information below.

Complaints Handling & Dispute Resolution
Pararius may modify, remove or make inaccessible information that has been placed on our platform or website to ensure the quality of the website and to address illegal content or information that is not compatible with our guidelines. The person who posted the relevant information will be informed of this. If the person who posted the information objects to such modification, removal or making the information inaccessible, a complaint can be submitted by email to [email protected] within six months of the Pararius notification. The complaint will be handled promptly by us. In addition, the complaint may be submitted to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified in one of the European member states.

Reporting
