Layout
When you pass the gate you see a white house on your left, with a small staicase you reach the front door. The communal staircase which you share with one other apartment is very well maintained. You have your private entrance at floor 2 where you have your internal staicase leading to the open livingroom with adjacent dining area and open kitchen. What immediately catches your eye is the open structure of the ceiling, it adds height and the authentic white beams gives the room a “Hamptons” vibe. The ceiling is almost 4 meter high!

From the dining area you can access the roof terrace that is located South. Here you also have an amazing view over the green inner garden and Vondelpark.

At the front of the house you will find the two large bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and wardrobes.
