What we offer are four new rebuild apartments only available for maximum of 2 students that are not registered yet in Amsterdam per apartment. You can register/sign in at the address. Every apartment consists out of 2 fully furnished rooms with own facilities, where registration/sign in at the address is possible. Each room is about 25 m2 and has its own:
• fully equipped luxury kitchen with: dishwasher/fridge/oven/etc.
• bathroom with: shower and sink
• living area with: sofa, table and chairs
• sleeping area with: bed and wardrobe
The common space you share together is the hallway, toilet, which is located in the hallway and a nice terrace to sit outside.
About the location:
The location of the apartments are in the New-West area of Amsterdam. Shops such as Aldi are on the corner and the Osdorp shopping centre is about 5 min walk. Here you find a lot of shops and supermarkets, like: Albert Heijn XXL, Jumbo, Liddl, etc. By bike or public transport you reach the city center in about 30-35 min.
About the place:
You share the apartment with another person to complete the household. So perfect in case you are 2 friends/collegues that want to share an apartment and both have a room with facilitities on your own.
Price:
The monthly rent is 2500 exclusive utilities. Deposit of 2x the rent. You don’t pay any commission costs or extra fees. Because the apartment is a sustainable apartment with an A+ energy label, the expectation will be a very low energy bill. There is no gas available in the apartment, since all the facilities run on electricity.
