- Fully equipped kitchen: oven/microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, fridge, Nespresso machine, water kettle, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.
- Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and double sink
- Washing machine and dryer in the apartment
- Strong and stable WiFi – ideal for working from home
- Very light, large windows, comfortable furniture – just bring your luggage and settle in

Rental conditions:
= Rent: € 3.000 per month
= Utilities (gas, water, electricity, WiFi, service costs): € 350 per month

= Registration at the address allowed for up to 4 people (or max. 3 when you're not a family)
= No income check required; we never have issues with our tenants. For us attitude and personality is more important.

The apartment is located in the green and lively Rivierenbuurt, just off the Amstel River – a very popular area with both locals and internationals.

- 40 metres from the Amstel River – perfect for walks or runs
- Supermarkets, restaurants and cafés literally around the corner

How we work
= Viewings are possible in person or via FaceTime – we schedule a time that suits you
= If, after the viewing, we both feel it is a good match, we send you a draft rental agreement to review
= Once you agree, both parties have signed and have a copy, you pay of the deposit as a down payment
= On the arrival date, after check-in and handover of the keys, and once you confirm everything is in order, you pay the first month’s rent and utilities
