DESCRIPTION
We have various student accommodations available in two residential complexes located on Poeldijkstraat and Voorburgstraat. These are independent studios that are rented exclusively to full-time students for a maximum rental period of 2 years.

To qualify for a studio, the following conditions apply:
• You are registered as a full-time student at an educational institution in Amsterdam;
• You are currently not registered in the municipality of Amsterdam.

Interested individuals can register by sending an email to ****** mentioning student housing Poeldijkstraat/Voorburgstraat. When registering, we would like to receive the following documents:
• Copy of tenant's identification
• Proof of study enrollment
• Extract from the BRP from a municipality outside Amsterdam (this document may take a few days; in the meantime, a screenshot of your registration via DigiD suffices)
• Copy of guarantor's identification
• Income details of the guarantor (for example, pay slips and employment contract, or annual figures and Chamber of Commerce extract)
Once we have received and assessed the documents, we will contact you.

LAYOUT
The student accommodations on Poeldijkstraat and Voorburgstraat are practically and functionally laid out and are excellent for students. The studios feature a bright living/sleeping area, a separate kitchen, and a tidy bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The layout of the studios is the same, however, the finishing may vary per unit. Thanks to the efficient layout and good daylight incidence, the studios provide a comfortable and pleasant living environment.
There is no washing machine connection in the studios. The complex has a shared laundry on the ground floor with multiple washing machines and dryers. Additionally, there are various other laundromats in the immediate vicinity.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
• Rent: between € 662.25 - € 843.86 per month
• Service charges: € 150 per month (including g/w/l advance)
• Deposit: equal to a payment obligation of 2 months
• Rental period: maximum 2 years
