History of ‘HET GRIFTHOF’
The fifteen apartments have been built on the Grift. The municipality of Apeldoorn has devoted a lot of attention to this area in the past years. The old V&D building has been completely renovated, there is a beautiful beer tasting room next to ‘HET GRIFTHOF’, and many restaurants have been added. The new apartments are located behind an important historical building where until a few years ago the Salvation Army was situated. Currently, in consultation with the municipality of Apeldoorn, work is being done to complete a façade reconstruction from 1894 with characteristic round brick lanterns that were used at the time as beacons of light from the Salvation Army.

The fifteen apartments are equipped with an open kitchen including:
