This apartment is for rent from February 16, 2026, for 18 months. For example, because you:

- are a student and looking for temporary housing in a different municipality than where you originally live.

The apartment in the center of Apeldoorn is located on the ground floor, on a quiet street and has its own terrace. It is a 2-room apartment of 64m2 and is offered unfurnished.

- Viewings on Friday, February 6 and Saturday, February 7.

- Rent price includes furnishing and part of the VVE costs.

The small-scale apartment complex (completed in 2008) has a secured entrance with video intercom. The living room is pleasantly bright thanks to the glass sliding door. Besides a nice seating area, there is still plenty of space for a large dining table. There is a neat laminate floor throughout the apartment. The open modern kitchen has various built-in appliances (including a dishwasher). There is one spacious bedroom with a fixed closet. From the hallway, you have access to a storage room (with washing machine connection) and the bathroom (toilet, washbasin, and shower).

• The deposit amounts to 2,500.00 euros.
