Selection criteria for candidates
• For a rent price of > € 1000,-: the gross monthly income (excluding holiday pay) must be at least equal to 3.5 times the basic rent price per month.
• Self-employed individuals must have been self-employed for at least 1 year, and depending on the duration of the business, the income from the business will be considered at 75 to 100%.
For all candidates applies:
• A rental reference or mortgage holders' declaration must be positive
• A credit check must be positive
• If there are debts, debt restructuring, or bankruptcy, the candidate will not qualify.
