Prices per month:
- Basic rent = € 935 per Friend (so together you pay € 1,870)
- Indicative service charge per Friend = € 35,- (so together you pay € 70,-)
- Deposit = € 1.870,- (so together you pay € 3.740,-)

Income requirements:
We use an income standard to calculate your minimum income.
Your gross income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent.
Please note: The second income may be counted for 100%.

Minimum rental period:
- Rental agreement for an indefinite period with a minimum duration of 12 months.
