The former GGD building on PC Hooftlaan houses thirty luxury rental apartments with their own parking facilities in the basement.
On the ground floor, there are residences on Tesselschadelaan and commercial spaces on PC Hooftlaan. The apartments are located on the first to the fourth floors. On the fifth floor, there are two penthouses. The high-quality finished main entrance includes mailboxes, the lift, and the stairwell. The apartments range in size from 100 to 220 m2.
