Living
Welcome! That is the message of this living room. The warm glow of the floor, the comfortable sofa. Everything invites you to relax. The windows on the south provide light and a view of the green. The living room is fully furnished, including a soft couch, cozy lighting and a newest Sumsung 55 inch television. Next to the living room is the passage to the kitchen diner.

Kitchen
The kitchen exudes the same cosiness as the living room. The spacious dining table for six people. The bar in the center of the spacious. The bright kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils, such as complete crockery. The extensive kitchen includes a gas hob with built-in extractor hood, a dishwasher, refrigerator, combi microwave, coffee maker and a kettle. The balcony is accessible from the kitchen with a sliding door.

Hall
The closed hall leads to the other rooms: three bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bathroom
The bathroom is fully tiled. Equipped with a walk-in shower, double washbasin and a second toilet.

Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms. All these rooms have laminate floor. The largest bedroom is furnished as a master bedroom and has a built-in closet. In this room a passage has been made to the adjacent bedroom. This passage can be closed with an electric shutter, creating two separate bedrooms. The third room is furnished as a study but can also serve as a bedroom if desired.

Balconies
The largest balcony (8 m2) is accessible from the kitchen. This south-facing balcony has wooden decking and an electrically operated sunshade. The bedroom that is connected to the master bedroom gives access to the balcony on the other side of the apartment.

Storage
Secured storage room is situated on the ground floor of the apartment complex, it is 6 m2, suitable for storing several bicycles and/or other belongings. Storage area has a separate street entrance for the bicycles.

VIEWINGS: viewing will be scheduled. You will get an invitation.

Procedure:

People who are interested in the apartment must mention in their reaction at least:

• who is interested and with how many people they are going to rent
• why they want to rent the apartment,
• what they do for a living,
• monthly income
• where they work
• what type of residential permit they have.

The procedure will then be

• we will contact them (if the landlord is interested)
• plan a viewing
• when tenants and landlord come to an agreement, they need to send a copy of ID and work contract with income statement.
• After that we will draw up the contract and plan a date for the key transfer.
