We use an income standard to calculate your minimum income.
Your gross income must be at least 3.5 times the monthly rent.
- 1 tenant = 3.5 times the monthly rent
- 2 tenants = 4 times the monthly rent
- Pensioners = 3.5 times the monthly rent
Please note: If you are renting together, the second income may be counted for 100%.

Minimum rental period:
- Rental agreement for an indefinite period with a minimum duration of 12 months
