Reservation

If there are multiple suitable candidates, the home will be allocated by lottery.

Service costs

The rent price excludes service costs. These amount to 50.00 euros per month.

Income requirement

We apply a minimum income requirement to ensure that the rent suits your income well.
It is therefore important that you earn at least 4 times the monthly rent to be eligible.
We calculate this based on your gross monthly salary, excluding holiday allowance and allowances.
The income of a possible life partner counts for half.

In addition, in 2026 you are bound by this maximum income limit:
• 70,149 euros for single-person households;
• 93,531 euros for multi-person households.

Deposit

At the start of your rental agreement you pay a deposit of at least one month's rent. In some cases a higher deposit may be requested.

Long-term rental

We focus exclusively on long-term rentals. This means that any rental agreement is always concluded for an indefinite period with a minimum term of three years.
