  Student financing / DUO can be counted as additional income. Parental guarantees are only possible if you independently meet the income requirement at least 75% of the time.

• A deposit of 1 month’s gross rent is standard
• Depending on the information or situation (such as temporary employment contracts or self-employment), a higher deposit may be requested.

• Rental period -
  • A rental agreement is entered into for at least one year and is then extended indefinitely. After the minimum term of one year, the notice period for the tenant is one month.
  • The rental period can start on any day of the month, it does not necessarily have to be the 1st of the month.
