***Luxury Living in the Heart of Hoorn – Elevated Living with a View

On the charming Grote Noord in Hoorn, five high-quality apartments have been created within a characteristic and fully renovated building. While preserving its historic charm, the property has been transformed into contemporary, high-end living accommodation. Each apartment has its own unique layout and style, but all share the same foundation: luxury finishes, thoughtful layouts, and a prime location in one of the city’s most beautiful settings.

City Living at Your Doorstep

Living on Grote Noord means living in the vibrant heart of Hoorn. Everything is within walking distance: cosy coffee spots, excellent restaurants, artisan shops, supermarkets, museums, and the train station. Within minutes, you can walk to the IJsselmeer waterfront, the harbour, or the historic Roode Steen square.

Accessibility is excellent – Amsterdam and Alkmaar are easily reached by train, while the A7 motorway is quickly accessible by car. Middenmeer is a 20 minute drive by car.

Welcome to Apartment 5, located on the top floor of the stately and completely redeveloped property above Grote Noord in Hoorn. Here, you truly live above it all, with a surprisingly spacious layout, abundant natural light, and stylish finishes. Despite being in the lively city centre, the apartment offers peace, comfort, and privacy.

LAYOUT

Through the shared entrance and staircase, you reach this penthouse-style apartment.

At the rear of the apartment, you will find a spacious bedroom with ample room for a large bed and wardrobe. French doors provide access to a private balcony – the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee in the sun.

The luxurious bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom and features a walk-in shower and washbasin. The toilet is separately located in the hallway.

The generous living area at the front spans the full width of the building and features an open-plan kitchen with built-in appliances, dining area, and comfortable lounge space. Thanks to the dormer windows and sloped rooflines, the apartment feels like a unique blend of a characterful loft and modern living space.
