Epic Plus apartment 63 / 64: The apartment is available as we speak. The rental amount is 3000 euro. This is a two bedroom apartment, so we can accommodate two tenants (students) in the unit. The rent would then be 1500 euros per person. The contract is valid for 12 months. Once the contract comes to an end, you will have to move out, as we will not be able to accommodate you in the building any longer

Please take the below into consideration:

Taxes are your responsibility to pay. This letter you will be receiving from the Government, so please check your mailbox regularly.

Part of the electricity and part of the gas will be paid by us and part of it, will be paid by you. When the contract starts readings of the gas and electricity will be taken. When you move out, readings will be taken again and a reconciliation will be done. We then determine if we need to reimburse you and if you need to pay us.

If you want to move forward with any of the options, please send the below information to me as soon as possible. Please note, the apartments have been advertised as well.

- Enrolment letter from the university stating that you are a student (only students are allowed to apply)

- Copy of ID/ Passport

- Bank statements from the person that will be paying your rent, as well as a copy of their ID / Passport. A letter from the owner of the account needs to be written as well, stating that the account is theirs.

- Home address (where you lived before moving to NL) , e-mail address and telephone number
