Naarden-Vesting is a five-minute bike ride away. The Naarden-Bussum train station is about a five-minute bike ride away and offers excellent train connections to Amsterdam, Hilversum, and Utrecht. By car, you can reach Amsterdam in about 25 minutes and Utrecht in about 30 minutes.

Therefore, only students enrolled at an educational institution in Amsterdam, Naarden, Hilversum or Amersfoort, whose current place of residence is at least 100 km away from the property, are eligible to rent the property.
Tenants are also required to cooperate with viewings conducted by a letting or estate agent during the final six months of the tenancy, allowing us to prepare for the next rental or the sale of the property in good time. No compensation will be provided for these viewings, and cooperation is a condition of the tenancy.
At the start of the tenancy, you must provide proof of enrolment at your educational institution and evidence that your current place of residence is at least 100 km away from the property.
