Once a year, you will receive a final settlement from the utility provider.
Based on this settlement, your actual consumption will be reviewed:

• If you used more than the advance amount, the difference will be charged.
• If you used less, you will receive a refund for the difference.

Finally, a one-time fee of €250 applies for the hotel-style check-in service.
