In a small-scale and recently renovated villa, we offer four comfortable 2-room apartments for rent, ranging from 35m2 to 48m2. The apartments are located in a central location and are perfectly suited for singles or couples looking for a nice place to live centrally in the village.

This small complex houses four apartments. Apartments 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor, while apartments 3 and 4 are situated on the first floor and are accessible by stairs (no elevator). The ceilings in the first-floor apartments have a height of 2.35 meters, while the ground floor has higher ceilings.

In the common area, you will find the meter boxes for all apartments, the stairs to the first floor, and the access doors to the residences. The attic floor of the complex is not accessible and should not be entered or used by tenants.

All apartments have the same basic layout, but the size varies per apartment. The exact areas can be found alongside the corresponding rental prices.

Upon entering from the common area, you enter the bright living room with an open kitchen. This living space provides all the comfort for daily living and is equipped with a kitchen setup featuring an induction hob, refrigerator, and extractor hood. A connection point for an oven/microwave is available.

The bedroom is located at the rear of the apartment and functionally accommodates a bed of up to 1.40m wide. From the bedroom, you have direct access to the balcony or garden, where you can enjoy sitting outside. The ground-floor apartments have fully paved front and back gardens, while the first-floor apartments have a balcony.

The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and is efficiently arranged. This space features a shower with a shower rod and a sink with a mirror. The separate toilet is neatly finished and accessible from the living room.

A separate technical room houses the boiler, WTW installation, and washing machine connection. Additionally, each apartment has its own external storage unit, ideal for parking bicycles or storing extra items. These are located at the back of the complex and can be accessed through the rear exit of the common area.

Delivery and finishing level of the apartments:
Upon delivery, the apartment will be provided with a neutral white texture on all walls in the living room and bedroom. In the bathroom and toilet, the walls are fully tiled. A neutral PVC floor has been chosen for the living room and bedroom, and a tiled floor in the toilet and bathroom. The ceiling is finished with white spray work. Additionally, lamps have already been installed in several areas, this pertains to the toilet, bathroom, and technical room. Luxaflex will be installed in the living rooms of the apartments. The windows in the bedroom are equipped with curtain rails.

Installation description:
The apartments are heated and cooled via an air conditioning system. There is an indoor unit in the bedroom and one in the living room, so you can keep the whole home at a pleasant temperature. Hot water comes from a boiler located in the technical room. This boiler has a capacity of 150 liters.

Rental prices for the apartment:

Additional monthly costs:

These amounts are charged monthly on top of the base rent.
As a tenant, you are responsible for entering into a contract with a supplier for electricity, water, and data.

Rental conditions:

  • Minimum rental period of 24 months.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Security deposit of two months' base rent.
  • Tenants must agree to and adhere to the house rules.
  • Annual rent increase in accordance with legal regulations for social rental housing.
