Rijsbergen is a village in the municipality of Zundert in the Dutch province of North Brabant. Until January 1, 1997 it was an independent municipality. Most of this municipality, including the hamlet of Hazeldonk, has been merged with the old municipality of Zundert to form the new municipality of Zundert.
Rijsbergen is located between Zundert and Breda and is accessible via the A16 and N263. The distance to Breda is 8.4 km, which means that you can reach Breda within 10 minutes by car. Nearby centers are Effen, Etten-Leur, Galder, Klein-Zundert, Meer, Meersel-Dreef and Sprundel.

Ground floor:
Communal covered entrance. Doorbells and mailboxes on the outside. Central hall with fixed stairs and elevator. The stairwell also provides access to the basement with private storage. At the rear of the apartment complex there is a communal bicycle shed and a parking space per apartment.
2nd floor:
Entrance, hall with access to the meter cupboard, toilet, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and separate laundry-cum-boiler room, and bedrooms. The master bedroom has French doors to the balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, 4 burner induction, extractor hood, sink and a plastic worktop.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower, double sink with cabinet.
