Conditions:
To qualify for this apartment, your net income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. This must be provided with a recent employer's statement, an IB60 form (to be requested from the tax office), 3 recent pay slips or recent annual figures (own business) and a copy of identification. Any income from a partner will be counted at 50%. If you have rented before, a good tenant's declaration must also be provided. In the case of an AOW benefit, this will be counted at 100%.
Please be aware that we have a minimum rental period of one year and that in addition to the rent, we require a security deposit of two months' rent at the basic rent price. If you are self-employed, a security deposit will be determined in consultation.
