To qualify for this apartment, the net income must be at least three times the monthly rent. This must be provided through a recent employer's statement, an IB60 form (available from the tax office), 3 recent pay slips, or recent annual accounts (own company) and a copy of your identification. Any income from a partner will be counted for 50%. If you have rented before, a good tenant reference must also be provided. In the case of an AOW benefit, this will be counted 100%.
Please note that we have a minimum rental period of one year and that we require two months deposit that equals the basic rental price in addition to the rent. If you are a self-employed person, a security deposit will be determined in consultation.
