- Proof of own equity.
If you are employed, we request that you attach the following documents to the completed registration form:
- Employer's statement (no older than 1 month), if applicable with intent statement;
- Copy of the last 3 payslips with account number;
- Copy of bank statements from the last 3 salary deposits;
- A copy of debit card from the same account number as the bank statements.
If you are self-employed, we request that you attach the following documents to the completed registration form:
- Extract from the Chamber of Commerce (no older than 1 month);
- Accountant reports from the last two years (signed by accountant or bookkeeper);
- Copy of the last tax return (IB60);
- Copy of bank statement business account (no older than 1 month);
- Copy of corresponding debit card;
If you are retired, we request that you attach the following documents to the completed registration form:
- Copy of last income statement(s), (pension, AOW);
- Copy of bank statement of the last deposit(s) of your pension or AOW (etc.);
