- Copy of bank statements for the last 3 salary deposits;
- A copy of the debit card linked to the same account number as the bank statements.
If you are self-employed, we kindly ask you to attach the following documents to the completed registration form:
- Extract from the Chamber of Commerce (not older than 1 month);
- Accountant reports for the past two years (signed by accountant or bookkeeper);
- Copy of the last income/corporate tax return (IB60);
- Copy of bank statement from the business account (not older than 1 month);
- Copy of the corresponding debit card;
