REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• A color copy of a valid ID or passport, any residence permit (front and back). A copy of the driver's license is not sufficient;
• Extract from the GBA (municipal basic administration) with address history;
• Landlord declaration (in case of rental house) or mortgage declaration (in case of purchased house);
• If purchased house, assignment confirmation from the realtor regarding the sale of the house including expected proceeds;
  or if your house has been sold: first 2 pages of the (draft) purchase agreement;
• Last income statement from the mortgage provider;
• Divorce agreement, if applicable;
• Proof of own equity.

If you are employed, we request that you attach the following documents to the completed registration form:

• Employer's statement (no older than 1 month), if applicable with intent statement;
• Copy of the last 3 payslips with account number;
• Copy of bank statements from the last 3 salary deposits;
• A copy of debit card from the same account number as the bank statements.

If you are self-employed, we request that you attach the following documents to the completed registration form:

• Extract from the Chamber of Commerce (no older than 1 month);
• Accountant reports from the last two years (signed by accountant or bookkeeper);
• Copy of the last tax return (IB60);
• Copy of bank statement business account (no older than 1 month);
• Copy of corresponding debit card;

If you are retired, we request that you attach the following documents to the completed registration form:

• Copy of last income statement(s), (pension, AOW);
• Copy of bank statement of the last deposit(s) of your pension or AOW (etc.);
