• If owned property, assignment confirmation from the broker regarding the sale of the property including expected proceeds;
  or if your property has been sold: the first 2 pages of the (draft) purchase agreement;
• Latest annual statement from the mortgage lender;
• Divorce settlement, if applicable;
• Proof of own capital.

If you are employed, we kindly ask you to attach the following documents to the completed registration form:

• Employer's statement (not older than 1 month), if applicable with intention statement;
• Copy of the last 3 payslips with account number;
• Copy of bank statements for the last 3 salary deposits;
• A copy of the debit card linked to the same account number as the bank statements.

If you are self-employed, we kindly ask you to attach the following documents to the completed registration form:

• Extract from the Chamber of Commerce (not older than 1 month);
• Accountant reports for the past two years (signed by accountant or bookkeeper);
• Copy of the last income/corporate tax return (IB60);
• Copy of bank statement from the business account (not older than 1 month);
• Copy of the corresponding debit card;

If you are retired, we kindly ask you to attach the following documents to the completed registration form:

• Copy of the last annual statement(s), (pension, AOW);
• Copy of bank statement of the last deposit(s) of your pension or AOW (etc.);
