About the apartments

Besides the internal storage, each apartment also comes with an additional storage unit on the ground floor.
NOTE: temporary rental
The apartments at The Mill are only temporarily rented out. This means that specific conditions apply:

• Target group: students moving to another municipality for their studies

• Duration: maximum 2 years, after which the rental agreement automatically ends

• Housing allocation by a maximum of 2 students is allowed

• Deposit: at least two months' rent

• Guarantor: mandatory, for example, parent or guardian

• Income test 1.5x rent = gross total income per month

• Proof of enrollment: tenant must be able to prove that they are actually registered at an educational institution

• A back-up address is mandatory, to ensure a realistic fallback option after the 24-month rental term ends.

Important to know
The temporary rental agreement ends automatically on the agreed end date. You thus have the certainty of a fixed period but no right to extension. This project is intended as a temporary solution, fitting a specific phase in your study and living career.
