Conditions:
To be eligible for this apartment, the net income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. This must be substantiated with a recent employer's statement, an IB60 form (can be requested from the tax authorities), 3 recent payslips or recent annual figures (own business), and a copy of the ID. If you have rented before, a good tenant's statement must also be provided. In the case of an AOW benefit, this is counted 100%.
