As part of the lease agreement, there will be an attached mandatory temporary residence document. This document is required to confirm the purpose of your stay, and you must select one or more applicable reasons, as outlined below. We want to inform you of this requirement upfront before sharing the lease agreement.

• You intend to use the property solely for temporary residence for a maximum of nine months.
• Your primary residence remains elsewhere, and you will not transfer the center of your social life to this property.
• You maintain multiple financial and contractual ties with entities in another country or a distant location, confirming that your primary social life center is outside Rotterdam.
