The living room and spacious open-plan kitchen form the heart of the home, with plenty of room to relax, cook, dine together or simply enjoy being at home.

Two bedrooms that are genuinely spacious

One important difference compared with many two-bedroom apartments: the second bedroom here is not a small spare room.

The apartment offers two full-sized bedrooms of approximately 22 m² and 14 m². Both are completely furnished with comfortable box-spring beds with integrated storage, wardrobes and Smart TVs.

This makes the apartment suitable for a variety of living situations: a family with children, a couple wanting an additional bedroom, home office or guest room, or two colleagues temporarily living together in Tilburg. For shorter stays, the apartment may also be suitable for two couples, subject to prior agreement.

Travelling with young children? We are happy to think along with you. For example, space can be created for a cot or smaller bed. There is often more flexibility than you might expect.

The apartment also has its own private balcony with a seating area, offering a comfortable and sheltered place to relax outside.

For our international residents, there is even a Dutch cookbook waiting to help you discover Dutch cuisine. A cheese slicer? Of course. And we are keeping a few other typically Dutch details as a surprise. After all, if you are going to live in the Netherlands for a while, you might as well get to know a little of the Dutch way of life too.

The spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower with rain shower, double washbasin and a large illuminated mirror. There is also a separate toilet.

In addition, the apartment has a separate laundry room with its own washing machine and dryer, a private lockable storage room and plenty of practical storage space.

The property features underfloor heating and cooling, individually adjustable in each room, and has an A+++ energy label.

Besterd on your doorstep, city centre and station nearby

Nicolaas Pieckstraat is located near Besterd, in a quiet residential area while still being surprisingly close to the heart of Tilburg.

Tilburg city centre is approximately a 5-minute walk away and Tilburg Central Station around 10 minutes. A supermarket, drugstore and other everyday amenities are practically around the corner. There is also a primary school nearby.

You can therefore enjoy the peace of a residential neighbourhood with all the convenience of the city within easy reach.

One month, one year or perhaps longer?

Not everyone knows in advance exactly how long they will be staying in Tilburg. That is why we deliberately keep the concept flexible.

The property is available from as little as one month, while longer rental periods, including an indefinite period, can also be discussed. Some residents only need a home for a few months, while others stay for 12 or 24 months before, for example, purchasing their own property or moving into a home they can furnish entirely to their own taste.

Registration at the address is possible. For residents who do not form one family household, a maximum of two residents/registrations generally applies. Do you have a different situation or household composition? Feel free to discuss the possibilities with us.

The furniture, styling and inventory have been carefully selected for this apartment and form part of the living concept. The property is therefore not offered unfurnished or partially furnished and is not intended to be significantly altered during the rental period.

That does not mean there is no flexibility. Especially for families, longer stays or specific practical requirements, we are always happy to discuss what may be possible.
