This approximately 80 m² loft is spread over two floors and feels even more spacious thanks to ceilings of up to approximately 3.40 metres, large windows, glass elements and the open mezzanine.

Downstairs, you will find a bright open-plan living area with kitchen and dining space, a luxurious bathroom, separate toilet and private laundry room.

The open staircase leads to the upper floor with two fully furnished bedrooms. From upstairs, the open mezzanine overlooks the living area below, creating that distinctive loft feeling.

Both bedrooms feature a comfortable box-spring bed with integrated storage, wardrobe and their own Smart TV.

And then there is the balcony: approximately 11 m² of private outdoor space with its own bar. Morning coffee, working on your laptop on a sunny day or enjoying a drink after work. The choice is yours.

All you really need to do is unpack your suitcase

This loft is not simply "furnished". We have fully designed, furnished and styled the property in a warm hotel-chic atmosphere.

Furniture, lighting, artwork, decoration, beds, tableware, glassware, cookware and kitchen essentials: it is all there.

For our international residents, we have even included a Dutch cookbook to help you discover Dutch cuisine. A cheese slicer? Of course. And there are a few more typically Dutch details we are keeping as a surprise. After all, if you are going to live in the Netherlands, you might as well do it properly.

The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with rain shower, double washbasin and large illuminated mirror. The loft also has its own washing machine and dryer, private lockable storage room, lift access and underfloor heating and cooling, individually adjustable in each room.

The monthly rent is €3,300. And that includes much more than just the property itself.

The complete furniture and inventory, internet, advance payment for electricity and water, service costs and professional cleaning of the property are all included.

The communal areas are also professionally maintained. In addition, every quarter the windows are professionally cleaned inside and outside, including the window frames.

No internet contract to arrange, no furniture to move, no washing machine to buy and no need to set up an entire household for a stay of just a few months.

5 minutes from the city centre, 10 minutes from the station

Nicolaas Pieckstraat is located near Besterd, in a quiet residential area approximately 5 minutes' walk from Tilburg city centre and around 10 minutes' walk from Tilburg Central Station.

A supermarket, drugstore and other everyday amenities are just around the corner. There is also a primary school nearby.

One month, one year or perhaps longer?

Not everyone knows in advance exactly how long they will need temporary accommodation. That is why we offer flexibility.

The property is available to rent from as little as one month, while longer rental periods, including an indefinite period, can also be discussed. Some of our residents stay for four months, while others rent for 12 or 24 months before, for example, purchasing their own home or moving into a property they can furnish entirely to their own taste.

Families are also very welcome. Travelling with young children? In consultation, we can for example make room for a cot or smaller bed. Practical adjustments within the concept are certainly possible, provided they are discussed in advance. There is often more flexibility than you might expect!

Registration at the address is possible. For residents who do not form one household/family, a maximum of two residents/registrations applies.

One important house rule

What you see in the photos is what you rent.

The furniture, styling and inventory are part of the concept and therefore remain in the property. The loft is not intended to be emptied or significantly altered. Of course, we want it to feel like home during your stay, and practical requests can always be discussed.

The other completed residences have already been rented. This loft is currently still available.
