Three unique housing types
Within Carmen, you can choose from three different types of housing, each with its own character:

• Parkview – Located on the (future) Cartesius park side with morning sun, unobstructed views, and plenty of light.
• Verde – Southwest oriented, ranging from compact apartments to spacious homes with balconies and green views.

Within the Carmen project, a limited number of parking spaces are available for tenants.
These parking spaces can be rented for a monthly rental price of €300,-. Due to the limited availability, no guarantee can be given when renting a property.
