The apartments are designed with great attention to light, comfort, and an efficient layout. Large windows create a spacious feel and bring the greenery outside indoors.

Three unique housing types
Within Carmen, you can choose from three different housing types, each with its own character:
• Patio – Quietly located at the green inner garden, ideal for those who want to live in a sheltered and relaxed manner.
• Parkview – Located at the (future) Cartesius park side with morning sun, unobstructed views, and plenty of light.
• Verde – Southwest oriented, ranging from compact apartments to spacious homes with balconies and green views.

Within the Carmen project, a limited number of parking spaces are available for tenants. These parking spaces can be rented at a monthly rental price of €300,-. Due to the limited availability, no guarantee can be given when renting a property.
