• you have a verifiable stable income (salary, benefit, student finance);
• you have liability insurance;
• you are legally residing in the Netherlands / have a residency permit that is valid for at least three years;
• you have no children;
• you have no pets;
• And very important: you are flexible, presentable, and have a sense of responsibility!
