For a project in Wijk bij Duurstede, we are looking for suitable tenants!

This involves temporary rental (from 6 months) of apartments of 80 to 100 m². These are former rental homes in Wijk bij Duurstede, spread over 5 apartment buildings. The notice period is 3 months, with the first 6 months of tenancy guaranteed.

The rental amount varies per apartment and ranges from €600 to €800 per month, excluding utilities and municipal taxes. The service costs are approximately €170 per month for an advance on district heating costs and maintenance of common areas.

Cohabitation and pets (as long as they do not cause nuisance) are allowed.

Some restrictions apply regarding residency, including that single-parent families with resident children cannot live here. The reason for this is the character and uncertainty regarding the temporary use of a property. We also do not place residents receiving welfare benefits, no individuals who do not have adequate proficiency in the Dutch language, and we do not have a second chance policy. We assess the suitability of potential tenants based on income and do not work with guarantees.
