Rental Details:
- Duration: 6 months - students may rent for 2 years
- Registration: allowed for up to 2 persons
- Income Check: not required ; attitude and personality are more important to us
- Apartment Features: fully equipped for your convenience:
- Kitchen: includes an oven/microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and fridge...and cups & plates, pots & pans, glasses and cups, cutterly and more... and last but not least a Nespresso-machine and a water cooker.
- Laundry: washing and drying machine provided in the apartment.
- Heating: private heating in the apartment.
- Furnishings: Queen-size bed, closet, sofa, dining table and chairs
- Simply bring your luggage and settle in—ready to work or study right away!

Pricing:
= Rent: €2250/month
= Utilities (water, gas, electric, WiFI and service-costs): €250/month
= Deposit: €1,000

Our Process:
You can view the apartment in person or via FaceTime. For this we make an appointment. After the viewing and we both feel good about a colaboration we'll send the draft rental agreement for you to review. If you agree and both parties have signed the deposit has to be paid as a down-payment and at arrival-date, when you’ve checked in and received the keys and confirmed everything is in order you pay 1e rent+utilities.
