Livable is looking for residents and entrepreneurs who enjoy adventurous living/working for this former office building. You live/work on a loan basis (anti-squatting) in an office space where you can furnish your own living and bedroom. For the living spaces, you pay a loan fee of €330, - pm. incl. gas/water and light. Additionally, you will share the kitchen, toilet and shower with another resident and various entrepreneurs.

- Enough toilets & showers.

Conditions
To be eligible for a living space through Livable, you must meet the following requirements:

- At least 18 years old;
- Proven stable income (salary, student finance);
- Insured for health and liability;
- Legally residing in the Netherlands and any residence permit is still valid for at least three years;
- Be flexible and presentable, and have a sense of responsibility;
- Sufficient mastery of the Dutch language;
- No minor resident children;
- No pets.
- Due to the temporary nature of the residence, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate families with children.

For this project, we are looking for several candidates, each of whom will have access to their own space that can be divided into a living and bedroom.
