AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The maximum rental period is 12 months. The tenancy agreement can be terminated early, subject to a notice period of one calendar month.

RENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT
The rent excludes gas, water, electricity and municipal charges. A monthly advance payment of €145 applies for these costs. The security deposit is equal to one month’s gross rent. The deposit will be refunded when the accommodation is returned to the landlord in at least the same condition as at the start of the tenancy.

RENT ALLOWANCE
The accommodation does not meet the requirements for applying for Dutch rent allowance (huurtoeslag).

CANDIDATE
For this property, we are specifically looking for a student. Having a guarantor is preferred.
