Outdoor space & surroundings:
Of course, a detached house comes with outdoor space. Surrounding the house is a generous garden that you maintain yourself! Ideal if you enjoy being outdoors, have a green thumb, or simply want to enjoy peace and privacy.

Location & accessibility:
This anti-squatting house in Hardenberg is situated in a rural area. You live here quietly, but certainly not remotely. Within about 30 minutes, you can drive to the center of Zwolle.

Living on an anti-squatting basis:
Monthly service costs: €238,- per person, excluding gas, water, and electricity and municipal taxes.
