- In the case of 2 incomes (from you and your partner), the lowest income may be counted for 50%. The highest income can be taken fully into account;
- You must have at least a fixed-term employment contract (one-year contract with intent declaration) or indefinite contract. Temporary contracts are not taken into account;
- The stated price is exclusive of advance service costs (approximately €75 per month) and advance heating costs (approximately €125 per month). At the end of each year, the paid advances will be settled with actual consumption;
