Layout – De Hooizolder
This apartment is spread over two floors and is accessible both via an external staircase and from the main hallway of De Overleekerhoeve. It is a bright and fresh apartment with beautiful views over the fields and towards nearby Monnickendam.

Upon entering, you arrive in the cosy eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is compact but practical and equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, two-burner electric cooktop, extractor fan, sink, and sufficient cupboard space with kitchenware. A cable TV is also located in this room. On the same floor, you will find the private bathroom, which includes a toilet, washbasin with cabinet, and a spacious shower.

A staircase leads to the hayloft, where two comfortable beds are situated. There is also enough space to create a small living area or study corner.

A shared washing machine is available on the ground floor, adjacent to the large communal kitchen.

The rental price is based on occupancy by 2 persons. For each additional person, €100 per month will be added to the rent.

Overleekerhoeve
The recreational home is part of a characteristic longhouse farmhouse with a working dairy farm, located between Monnickendam and Ilpendam. Well-kept and well-maintained recreational units are rented here for temporary stays. The atmosphere is peaceful, rural, and friendly, offering residents plenty of space and privacy.

Surroundings
Behind the farm is a jetty leading to the nature reserve Het Varkensland, which can be beautifully explored by boat, bicycle, or on foot. The surroundings are known for their picturesque villages such as Edam, Volendam, Marken, and Monnickendam, where you can find shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and daily amenities.

Amsterdam is approximately 15–20 minutes away:
