Through the hall, you gain access to all rooms and the various common areas. The spacious living room with an open kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared with four male housemates. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink, and the toilet is located in the hall. The room has a surface area of approximately 15 m². There is also a shared balcony and a spacious roof terrace.

Rent and deposit:
The rent is €675 per month, including an advance payment of €70 for water, gas, and electricity. The deposit is one month's rent.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available immediately. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
