The Lichttoren is a beautiful national monument and former Philips light bulb factory which was transformed into a luxurious and unique residential building in 2007. The renovation resulted in perfect insulation and both underfloor heating and cooling, by district heating via geothermal heat! On the 6th floor there is also a communal meeting area with another communal roof terrace.
