The farm is located in the rural area; therefore, a means of transport is necessary, as public transport is limited. The center of Haaksbergen with various shops and facilities is approximately a fifteen-minute bike ride away. With about a 20-minute drive, you'll be at the Oude Markt in Enschede.

Living on the basis of anti-squatting:
Monthly service costs: €330 per person, including gas, water, and electricity.
Flexible living with a mutual notice period of 28 days.
Loan agreement for an indefinite period.
