The 24 modern, bright apartments are located on four floors and are fully equipped. Living at Rapenburg will be a unique experience. The high-quality finished apartments are situated in the historic heart of Amsterdam, where you can experience the peace and bustle of the city.

The apartments are being developed and rented by AHAM Vastgoed and are expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. These are private sector apartments with rents ranging from €1,675 to €2,250 per month. Registration for the apartments is not (yet) possible. An open house will be held on January 31, 2026 (between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM) where you can view some of the apartments. Send us an email if you would like to attend the open house.

Accessibility

Rapenburg is located in the heart of Amsterdam and is easily accessible by public transport, car, or bicycle. Central Station is just a stone’s throw away, as are various metro, tram, and bus stops. The A10 ring road is a 10-minute drive away. Waterlooplein, the Plantagebuurt neighborhood, and Nieuwmarkt are all within walking distance. Living more centrally is hard to imagine: Rapenburg is part of Amsterdam’s historic heart.
